“Bill Maher interviews some of religion’s oddest adherents. Muslims, Jews and Christians of many kinds pass before his jaundiced eye. Maher goes to a Creationist Museum in Kentucky, which shows that dinosaurs and people lived at the same time 5000 years ago. He talks to truckers at a Truckers’ Chapel. Kelly took me to Ashoka Indian restaurant. mmm it was good. Definitely pay them a visit if you are in Langley. great food.

Made these for a friend

I just recently acquired a sewing machine. I haven’t used one since I was a teenager. After some swearing and fumbling around I figured it out. The machine will not work properly if the bobbin is in upside down. hahaha. It’s the simplest things that get us. Ah yeah, so we had a good laugh about that then I was sewin away and finished my project.

It was supposed to be an ippod cozy for Cale, but it turned out smaller. But my cell phone fits in it so I was happy about that. Now that I have had some practice with that one, I can make a better one for Cale, since he was looking forward to it.

I made this last night.

I might make him into a brooch, or sew him onto a purse, or glue him onto my journal. I haven’t decided yet. But I want to make more.

Materials: black and white felt, blue glass seed beads. All hand sewn including eyes & mouth. About 2″ in diameter.

It’s a zipper tassel for a purse, coat, backpack, etc.

I will be doing a commission piece for her as well. She has a pendant that she wants put on a necklace so I should be recieving that within a week or so, then I will do up a necklace for her and send it back. *excited*

I added 2 new sections to our website, a necklace gallery listing the necklaces I have made that others are wearing, and a digital art section. Cale & play around in photoshop alot and make some cool stuff.
